Registrant: Please fax Purchase Order to 301-588-9631 as soon as possible to confirm payment. Invoices will be sent to both registrant and billing contact. Purchase order will hold your registration as payment is being processed.

Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be in writing to NCTEF (National Career Technical Education Foundation) and can be faxed to 301-588-9631 if received by May 11, 2012. Cancellations received between close of business May 11, 2012 and June 6, 2012 will be accessed a service charge of one-half the registration fee. Cancellations after close of business June 6, 2012, will result in no refund.
Substitution Policy: Substitutions will be allowed at no additional charge until May 11, 2012. Substitutions after close of business May 11, 2012 will require an additional processing fee of $25 per substitution. To make a substitution, please call our office (301-588-9630). Sorry, no on-site substitutions. No-Show Policy: Institute no-shows will be charged the confirmed registration rate.

You waive all rights to any compensation and to approve the images, audio and/or printed and electronic material in which they are used, and you release NCTEF and its employees and agents from any claims, damages or liability.
