Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be in writing to NCTEF (National Career Technical Education Foundation) and can be faxed to 301-588-9631 if received by May 11, 2012. Cancellations received between close of business May 11, 2012 and June 6, 2012 will be accessed a service charge of one-half the registration fee. Cancellations after close of business June 6, 2012, will result in no refund.

Substitution Policy: Substitutions will be allowed at no additional charge until May 11, 2012. Substitutions after close of business May 11, 2012 will require an additional processing fee of $25 per substitution. To make a substitution, please call our office (301-588-9630). Sorry, no on-site substitutions.

No-Show Policy: Institute no-shows will be charged the confirmed registration rate.
